Privacy

Wordstrapped is designed for room-based play without accounts.

What this playtest stores

When you join a room, we store the display name you choose, your room code, team, guesses, clues, scores, and game events needed to keep all players synchronized. Rooms automatically expire after approximately 24 hours.

What we do not request

This version does not ask for your legal name, email address, phone number, contacts, precise location, payment information, microphone, camera, or photos. It does not include advertising or third-party analytics.

Children

The public playtest is intended for players age 13 and older. Please do not enter personal information as your display name or in a guess.

Word data

The word corpus is derived from the WordNet 3.1 database distributed in wordnet-db 3.1.14. The dependency’s supplied Princeton license notice is included with the application.
